The best part about Upside benefits would be the unlimited PTO. The worst part is they do not match 401k.
Benefits are a mixed bag with good health insurance; unlimited PTO; no 401K match; company paid 100% for employee + family dental and vision coverage pre-pandemic, but not anymore.

Benefits overall are great however 401K is not existent, which it makes it hard to see Upside as a long term job solution as saving for my future is difficult.
