Good amount of time off. Unfortunate that not all employees get the schooling discount and state pension.
Pediatric Department doesn't provide Disability insurance and pretax 401/403 benefits. The salary is fully taxed without any possibility to make pretax contributions. The major part of the salary is paid by the Pediatric department without benefits and small amount by NY state University plan.
Best is paid time off. Increase every year after year 2 up until year 5.
