there are no benefits. at all.
Benefits? What benefits? They do not exist.
The promotions are based on merit and so is the time off, so you can earn bonus trips and get paid vacations, but it will slow down progression toward promotion.
The worst thing about their benefits package. Hmmm... what benefits package? That's right my friends you've just won the grand prize of a job that doesn't pay you anything, and doesn't provide you with any benefits to speak of. But I mean hey! You get thursday night team night (on your dollar) and you get to hang out at the "president" of the company's house if you'e a senior sales person. Don't get sick... ever. Say goodbye to a social life because you work well over 55 hrs. a week and by the time you get home at night you just want to crash and drown your miserable existence in alcohol. You won't be able to go on vacation because they need you working which I find ironic because they have at least half a dozen newbies/drones starting every week and they drop like flies so its not like they couldn't just dupe one of them to work a few more days so you can go on a short vacation. Then again, I personally think that it is much more of a vacation working a legitimate job than working for them.
