Vacation depends on your start date. No time and a half pay for working holidays. Only holidays get paid Easter and Christmas. No weekends off unless requested & approved. No longterm/short term disability. You must wait 90 days for insurance coverage which is average. You are eligible for over time if you work more than 8 hours per day. A few pieces of gratis for every launch, plus $100 gratis every 3 months.
