We had a 4 hour training/orientation.
they teach you the basics in loss prevention, and general retail customer service.
culture moves fast but learning tools are always getting updated
They no longet provide u with the side by side to work with agent who been with them to give u time learn. Its an 8 day training
LOL. this part is a joke. I trained myself and the other associates for this job. The managers do little to nothing.
You will spend a training day on the floor. They will move you around the store depending on shifts and where you would be needed.
Job training was good, though sometimes it was a kind of throw you in there and see what happens, but it was good when there were training days that were more hands on.

ask to be trained in any area and management will train you.
Thorough depending on who was training. It’s an easy job honestly and not much to complain about
