    They're actually good with this. The more hours you work, the more days you accumulate.

    You're able to call in on sick days, you're not paid, but they're not too stingey.

    If you were sick you have to get your shift covered no matter what. If absolutely no one can cover your shift you must come in your next shift with a doctors note.
