lots of perks like wellness and education reimbursement, massages, and free food
401k, fair PTO, sabbatical policy, in office snacks, 2x a week catered lunch, yoga/boot camp, gym reimbursement, fitbit reimbursement, nonprofit donation matching, average holidays, Volunteer day off 1x year, professional development stipend.
can use more sick days per year
Most of the benefit premiums are $0 for employees. The most you pay is $30 a month. The plans are very good, especially the Kaiser offering - very low copay and free maternity care. I paid only my hospital admittance fee ($250) to have a baby! Not bad for 9 months of care.
Company perks include catered lunches two times per week, Yoga, bootcamp
Pros: 401K plus matching, healthcare, flexible paid vacation and holidays, able to work from home twice a week, weekly massages, catered lunches twice a week, great selection of snacks (but they get old). Cons: Snacks get old, Mountain View office is not as hip as the one in San Francisco
The education stipend is awesome to advance your career! The workplace is pretty flexible with PTO, as well as the option to work from home.
Vacation time including extra holidays is great. On-site activities are always fun. Health insurance is pretty good, a definite improvement over the last couple years. Salary increases for Bay Area employees could be improved.
Most things are pretty standard, but you also get 5 days off around the holidays that aren't PTO, $2000 for education a year, and 5 free sessions with a therapist - which is needed.
I was really impressed by the time off policy. Plenty of sick time, vacation and the like. 401K, health/dental/vision, and stock offerings.
