“It is easily managed through Fidelity, and the fees are very low, there are a ton of investment options available and the company match provided is great as well. ”

Great benefits and perks. On par with software companies.
Benefits are great, Medical coverage is amazing provides the safety net needed, vision and dental are also amazing. There is nothing negative that I could say about the benefits at UserTesting.

-Competitive comp plan -Great health insurance w/ low deductible (!!!) -Great perks, such as $50 monthly gym/wellness reimbursement, monthly internet reimbursement, etc. -- pre-covid: office treats/activities, team outings, bootcamp in SF, etc. -- covid-era: home office stipend, virtual team activities, fun swag/gifts in the mail, etc.
Vacation, provides monthly health memberships and great perks. It has generally been great with working from home with so much support
Good benefits for the size of company. The best thing was Wednesday massages. The worst thing was that it was hard to get a massage appointment. They filled up quickly.
