401k match is a newer benefit that makes a big difference to employees.
No 401k, sick leave was accrued per paycheck. Health insurance cost was outrageous
This company requires you to get your own insurance and they reimburse you so it is very good because you don't pay very much for your insurance at all. The 401(k) I am not participating in so I'm not sure about it. The only bad thing about the insurance is it's kind of hard to set it up. Once you get it set up it is easy to do though.
Great benefits for family medical and dental insurance. Also, the company has a 401k plan with a account manager that really helps employees with their financial planning.
Health care is an individual plan that is very highly rated and affordable. The 401K plan is great and the people running it are helpful and knowledgable in all options.
