Similar to most large companies. 401K is a nice benefit but could offer more in terms of flex benefits and working remotely.
Best perk is company match 100% 401k up to 6%. Also offers same to Roth IRA contributions

I felt the benefits were expensive
VF had good insurance options for their employees. We got good prices on all options, and they were widely accepted. VF also made sure to get change information to employees in a timely manner, and answered any questions that came up.
Benefits are offered yearly with dental offered every other year. Sign up is in Oct/Nov. HR explains any changes - they offer a few different options - the employee plan is very affordable but if you add a family member it increases a lot. Yet still it is competitive with other plans. Good 401K plan.
contract/temp employees receive no benefits. no access to internal training's or events and the temps are expected to work beyond expectations of an employee .
