Working form home allows me to set my hours. Take vacations and have an active lifestyle without the stress of a full time brick and mortar job.

This is the best part of the job and it was amazing when I lived abroad and traveled often. This is similar to temporary employment, as it is contract work. The lack of benefits and the strict nature of their cancellation policy does not lend itself to longterm employment. I would recommend this job for short time employment or if you live abroad and the time difference isn't as drastic as living in the U.S.
