There are no benefits whatsoever. I worked there for over a year and was never offered any kind of a benefit ever.
VIRTUAL GAL FRIDAY response
We appreciate your feedback! This is a strictly part-time position so benefits are not typically offered. We explain this in depth on our application, throughout the entire interview process and during training as well. Your offer letter also states there are no benefits other than the flexibility of being able to work remotely with potential for bonuses and raises. While we are unsure of what benefits you hoped to receive, we are sorry you felt this would change after enduring the entire onboarding process that explicitly states otherwise. We wish you the best of luck at your next position!
No benefits other than W2 required payroll deductions for social security, Medicare and federal income tax, and state and federal required like FMLA and unemployment benefits. When you are out for any reason it is without pay. When the company is closed you are off without pay.
We aren't paid nearly enough for the work we are required to do, or the drama we have to witness at work.

The company didn't offer anything. They don't even pay their workers.
