The benefits package is fair, nothing spectacular. It was a nice step up from being on the Volt side though.
Low matching for 401k, PTO/holiday pay was non-existent, paternal leave was non-existent.
Covered entire family and low copay . Great stock options ,sorry to let those options go. Would sign up again
Health insurance rate are a bit high for a high deductible plan. 401k seems pretty standard
Has the basics of everything you want in a benefits package, but at a minimum coverage. So, you have to make sure to activate and be diligent about using your FSA and benefits strategically in order not to pay too much for doctor visits, etc. The good thing is that as long a you engage with your human resources rep you can get employment protection when you have to use FMLA etc. so you can take the appropriate time off and without losing your position. This, however, has been abused by particular employees and comes at the detriment of others in the department
Could have paid less our of pocket. Seemed like trying to save money. And if needed to see doctor at times hard to get out of work. Don't know if just contract that had this or company wide variety
401k and Health benefit were great compared to other companies.
Benefits and vacation/sick time for FTE's. Some morale events and efforts were being made for more but basically 2 larger ones a year and small perks randomly throughout.
Easy to call out sick, work when you want to. No benefits outside that
They had full benefits for "in house" employees, otherwise you had no holiday pay and only got vacation after a year...... Not great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
