“VMware has a good Match Program ”
“high deductible is the only plan that makes sense”
“pretty generous maternity or paternity leave”
Extremely family centric with roboust benefits
Besides the standard 401K matching, health insurance options, and a helpful EAP program, VMware was one of the companies that has provided its employees with additional pandemic leave to cover any necessary days off for childcare, doctors visits, or illness. It also offers a stipend depending on your WFH situation, as well as an annual fitness stipend.
VMware has amazing benefits and is very focused on the well being of its employees.
The benefits package is great at VMware and fits a variety of peoples needs - it really is catered to the employee to make sure they are taken care of.
The full-feature tech company benefits are great! VMware offers everything from pet bereavement to full medical and $1k towards wellness expenditures. I had $1k benefit paid towards a new road bike.
A variety of benefits that employees can actually utilize that other employers dont offer. Its not like google, but they also don't expect you to live at work.
Comprehensive benefits package and many options
Very good package: Med, Dental, 401K, etc. Unfortunately, unlimited PTO heavily depends on your manager's judgement & approval. As the result, you might end up with less PTO days in a calendar year vs. you deserved.
unlimited vacation but you need to find time to take it
No free food but free snack and bananas
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
