Harvard Pilgrim United Healthcare - so-so provider based out of CA, rather than the state I work in. Has okay coverage in network, but many specialists do not accept United Healthcare. 401k matching up to 6% which is good, and about average in my experience. Added benefit is the ability to work from home for the bulk of employees.
