401k match is better than industry standard
Overall, the benefits are pretty good. Most employees get unlimited vacation time. The parental leave policy is 4 months for both men and women, which is pretty good for the US. The only real downside is the health insurance, which is pretty weak for employees outside of California. Healthcare gets especially expensive if you have dependents or a spouse - most of my coworkers try to get on a spouse's health insurance rather than use the VMware health insurance.
Good vacation and work-life balance policy. Salary reviews are frozen during Coronavirus, however.
Excellent benefits, vacation, sick and maternity leave.
401k was the best than any company I’ve ever worked for!
Pretty good how vmware is handling the COVID situation
Paid time off, 401K, Bonus and Stocks
Pro: Unlimited PTO as long as you get along with your manager. Con: no pension or childcare assistance.
Average, nothing special. Good to have but not great.
It's pretty normal. There's not really a great health plan aside from the HSA
