    Pays very competitively for tech industry. As I’ve considered other opportunities, several other tech companies in Austin are 10-20% lower on annual salary. Good options on HSA. That stays with you and doesn’t expire regardless of your employment status. They have an unlimited vacation policy - but it is dependent on agreement with your manager, depending on their management style, you might not be able to take advantage it.
