The benefits are very competitive and the 401k matching program is an excellent value addition.
The best thing is the Flexible Spending Account of $1500
You have to pay 100% out-of-pocket for family medical insurance. CEO is cheap. You have to also pay all of dental and vision. You get PTO but if you get laid off you don't get paid for it.
