Health insurance overall is okay, 401K matched a little bit but better than nothing
Competitive health insurance, good vision and dental benefits, 401 k matching not so good.. Good PTO. No bonuses or raises in the past 4 years.
Voxx offers a great benefits pkg. And they have not asked the employees to contribute more for several years.
I don't think there really is a "Best" thing. There is nothing exceptional about the benefits or company. The health insurance it pretty run of the mill, on par with any company I have worked for. The only thing I can say is that every year they make a big fuss about the fact that the cost of your benefits aren't going up. What they don't mention is that the only way they achieve this is by cutting the level of benefits, higher copayment & coinsurance, etc.
Compared to other companies, Voxx has an overall satisfactory benefit package.
Likely to change soon, but as of 2015 there was no spousal carve-out.
they get more expensive every year
