The 401k was one of the best I've seen. They offered a 6 percent match at 100% fully vested after 5 years. The profit sharing was another great benefit. They would deposit 10% of your total pay for the year into your 401k. It really helped it grow quickly. They implemented a bonus program the first year they offered it was 2016. It ranged anywhere from 0-3.5% of your yearly salary. It was performance based so if you bust your butt all year long and get a good review the better the bonus will be. In 2017 it was scheduled to go to 6%. Health insurance was paid for but they only offered a high deductible plan to everyone. The whole family is covered which is nice for your pay check but I recommend putting money into the HSA account that they offer to help offset any major bills. They do however give you money for your HSA as well.
The only option for health care is 2 different high deductible plans.
Benefits are great, trying to ask hr anything hurts
Benefits were adequate at VSP.
Worst- High deductible health plans can make unplanned medical expenses difficult
