The vision care is free, the dental has little to no cost and there is no cost for medical, but with high deductibles.
The best thing about the benefits is the separation of sick and vacation time. The bad thing is it has a high deductible health plan which covers nothing until you reach an insane deductible. And then, things are only covered at 80%...For people who do not get paid a high salary, this plan is not ideal as it costs a lot out of pocket.

Good benefits for now! 401 matching 5%, additional 401 bonus depending on profits. annual merit 3 to 6% based on your performance, base salaries are a little low compared to industry standards.
