Benefits are great from receptionist to accounting every one gets the same benefits. Employeer pays for everything
Good benefits for now! 401 matching 5%, additional 401 bonus depending on profits. annual merit 3 to 6% based on your performance, base salaries are a little low compared to industry standards.

Health plan is great - pay $0 in premiums as an employee for high deductible health plan and vision plan. Dental has a small premium but that is expected. 401K is 5% matching, dollar for dollar. Also, they give a 10% profit sharing into your 401K every year that they make their goals which is incredible. They separate sick and vacation time. Allotted 40 hours of sick time a year and vacation time varies by how long that you've been there.
Benefits are pretty decent.. Free vision plan for you and spouse.
Great HSA contributions are more than enough for me and my family
VSP's benefits package used to be superior to just about any other company. However, they have made a concerted effort to "level the playing field" and reduce VSP's benefits package so that it's now on-par with most other companies out there.
