The only thing that can be a problem with their vacation/PTO policy is that vacation and sick time are separated. There is no PTO. You are allowed 40 hours of sick time per year so if you find yourself with a bad illness or you have children who are getting sick frequently, you can accrue occurrences pretty quick which can be grounds for performance management and termination.
Good, but not any better than anywhere else
As I was a temp, I did not receive anything.
The company has decreased the number of holidays for customer service only; most holidays are "working" holidays. People either volunteer to work the holidays or are scheduled to work the holidays based upon seniority (lack of seniority), although they do receive holiday pay. Other departments are closed on these (paid) holidays.
