I can't think of one bad thing about the benefits package. The prices are not bad for what is covered.
Overall good benefits. They start day one, 401k, medical, dental and vision.
Benefits were severely lacking and the healthcare package barely covered anything.
Only 1 week of vacation for the first 3 years of employment. Insurance is okay. Not much insensitive to stay long term with this company. No idea what will happen after the merge with Avantor.
Lots of variety of options...from basic needs to vet car to legal options
Best: free fruit twice a week, reimbursement for workout classes, paternity leave Worst: too expensive per pay, per doc visit, and deductible
Good Coverage, but expensive and goes up each year
good company with good benefits
Benefits package is considered Average
Benefits were good, different choices for medical but could have had someone explaining a little more. Coverage for insurance could have been more from the company.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
