I can't think of one bad thing about the benefits package. The prices are not bad for what is covered.

Overall good benefits. They start day one, 401k, medical, dental and vision.

Only 1 week of vacation for the first 3 years of employment. Insurance is okay. Not much insensitive to stay long term with this company. No idea what will happen after the merge with Avantor.
