Vail Resorts offers employees and their dependents two comprehensive medical plans utilizing the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO Network of providers. Both are consumer-driven plans with a company-funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help pay towards the first claims you incur in a year. Preventive care is covered at 100%, the employee share of the deductibles is low and Vail Resorts covers 80% or 70% of costs in-network.
ok for the work done nothing special
Good coverage for medical dental and vision
Best premium I could find for myself. Has more than 1 or 2 options, low deductibles.
Expensive and not very comprehensive. Most insurance in this country is a joke anyways, but theirs does not cover much and is so expensive I couldn't work here if I had to pay for it.
It gets more expensive every year but I always get my money's worth. Deductible seems like it went way up.
High Premiums, High Deductible, High out of pocket max. In network doctors and specialists are hard to find. The do have a few incentive programs. Worst health insurance I have ever had.
The company I worked at prior to Vail Resorts, who was liquidating, offered better and more affordable insurance than Vail Resorts did.
its awesome cannot complain, 120 pt visits, a lot of perks in it, and in network with everyone around, one of the best healthcare plans in the state
Very good healthcare coverage for all.
Good insurance, but it takes a while to get to the level where it's offered
