Great benefits to offset low salaries. You receive 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 days off around Thanksgiving, 10 Days off around Christmas break, major holidays off and 1/2 days on Fridays from May - mid July. 6 sick/personal days. Great pension and investment plan as well.
Health insurance is free for employees. However, if you try to add your spouse or kids, the premiums are expensive. One vacation day and sick day per month. Four personal days per year deducted from sick leave. Two free classes per semester after 6 months of employment.

Valencia has an amazing benefits package. They will pay for your health insurance so it does not come out of your check. They also pay for your tuition and your dependents.
Very generous paid time off, you get almost the whole month of December off and during the summer Fridays are half days. Dental, Optical, and Health were covered 100% when I was there.
Almost none for part-time employees.
