7% company match in 401K, solid health/dental/vision plans. Vacation benefits need an overhaul - 2 weeks at entry-level and increases by 1 week every 5 years. Annual bonuses vary dependent on title/position.

The company pays for most basic benefits (health, dental, life and a few other things). There has been a significant reduction in benefits for retirees and that should be addressed. Management asks for cost cutting measures, but don't seriously practice themselves.
They have an awesome daycare, very well priced cafeteria, and good medical benefits that you can extend to your spouse and children. They have a nice maternity leave and give you a lot of holidays.
