“Average health insurance comparable to other companies in KC.”
“Plenty of snacks and drinks available. Sometimes lunch is brought in, especially if there is an ask to work overtime.”
“100% match up to 5% is a great match. It is discretionary, however. Would prefer it was more secure, but they have matched the full 5% every year they have offered it so far.”
Unlimited Time Off, Work from Home flexibility
401k sounds great until you realize it takes 6 years to vest and most people don't stay that long. Average insurance, poor dental (this is with most places)
You never receive hard copy cards for dental or vision policy. Just find your own place and figure it out yourself. 401K is not great. All around poor provisions for employees.

It is odd that the current Dental and Vision carriers don't offer cards. I noticed that when I started. So much is going digital and very common these days. This year as you know we are moving to all new carriers and benefits with a new ben admin platform so you can access any information from you phone and eliminate the need for cards. We are hopeful this will continue to drive the perception and value of our benefits offerings to our people. As for 401K, we do a 100% match up to 5%, which is top tier across all industries for a match. We've followed through on this match since we started the program. Much more coming as we move forward as a firm.
the Eh's -- 401k would be great if it didn't take 6 years to vest. Insurance is average. Unlimited PTO means you cannot bank and get it paid out (and it is not really unlimited as it is calculated in comparison to billable time by management in the background). the good: Able to work from home. Culture clubs are fun event makers. 2k in training budget each year to be spent if it helps Valorem.

Thank you for your feedback and we continue to listen to our people and improve our offerings. Many companies have gong to unlimited PTO. Some love it and some don't. Just like having LIMITED PTO, some liked and some didn't.
Comparable health insurance with other companies in the area. Unlimited (discretionary) PTO, which is nice. There are certain times of the year where PTO will be hard to come by, usually contingent on events and conferences that we are delivering products for. Other times, PTO is generally easy to get approved. Flexible hours, but you are expected to be available and work outside of the standard 8 to 5 when needed.
Best: Unlimited Vacation/Flexible Hours/Culture/Sweet Building & perks that come with it ..snacks, ping pong, rooftop, food catered in often, private parking lot a block away for us, etc. Worst: Fully vested after 6 years, but I get the reason for that too, so really there aren't bad benefits. Some people say our benefits are more expensive than other companies but when you actually sit down and compare to other companies, I don't see it.
Extensive and competitive benefits, especially for the size and maturity of the organization. Health insurance is a little pricey, but not unexpected for the size of the company and current market.
"Unlimited PTO" but you dont get to use it much because of the constant overtime.
Great benefits overall. Free snacks and drinks, company matching 401(k), great health insurance coverage.
No perks, nothing to tell great on.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
