We had better benefits Valspar than SW.
Great overall benefitsthat is competitive with the industry
As an engineering co-op I was entitled to many benefits. As I am too young I haven't had to take advantage but it is nice that they offer them.
401k match was excellent 4% with additional profit sharing of up to 7% annual put into our 401k
Best thing was 401K matching and you could count on an annual raise every year of about 3%. Worse part was number of vacation days allotted. However, it was nice when actually on vacation and approved for the days you actually wanted, back up coverage was great and you could actually enjoy your vacation time.
Best: BCBS, limited 401k matching. Vacation days increase with seniority. Never ended up using the health insurance, never had a "worst" experience.
Valspar doesn't offer adoption support
Worst thing is their description of end of year payouts are getting more vague each year. Best thing is the yearly increases in insurance premiums aren't overly high
Retirement match, holiday break, and bonus.
Comprehensive coverage leaves little to be desired
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
