    usually get two weeks of paid leave an extra six week of 70% paid leave. But in this case short term disability package need to buy.

    One parent gets 6 weeks. This is barely enough time to recover from a C-section let alone bond with the baby. Heaven forbid if you have a preemie or complicated pregnancy.
