Vacation and 401k benefits are good
If you want to work hard and make less money, this is a great place to be. The benefits - specifically the tuition reimbursement - used to the reason for th e lower pay. The actual work is fine but there is no real path for growth.
Great coverage for the basics (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc...). The PTO plus paid days off truly supports a strong work/life balance and management is supportive of taking personal time.
Health insurance benefits are very good!
The benefits could be better and include free parking for all employees
Great benefits, wonderful pto system
We used to have 12 sick days a year and 8 holidays in addition to our 20 days of vacation. Now we only get 34 days PTO. New employees only get 29 days PTO. Have to take PTO for even Holidays. Also, we used to get tuition reimbursements for college for our children. No more.
Great PTO balances that grow as your employment does. Good insurance, Various discounts.
Generous PTO balance for long term employees is given as a lump sum every July. If you don't use it you lose it, but they allow 40 hours of unused time to be rolled over into a sick bank each year.
Great health insurance, 403B plan, tuition benefit. Paid Time Off includes holidays and sick leave combined. (29 days for new employees, 34 after 5 years)
