Insurance get more expensive every year but they own a hospital
Vandy gives a healthy amount of time off. I believe they do have a 401K plan and retirement plan, but I did not look in to it because I did not stay long.

It is ok. You would think it would be awesome because of the business. PTO & Vacation are all together.
