The worst thing is the expensive insurance. The best benefit is the dependent college tuition reimbursement.

For student office workers, there was no benefits package. However, this may not be the case for a full time employee.

Excellent healthcare benefits and generous time off. Paying a ridiculous amount for parking and still having to walk at least a quarter mile to get to your facility was intolerable.
401k and matching 403b. I also enjoy the discounts on dental and excellent health care package. As an employee, I get discounts to multiple events all across town .
Dental could be better.
