The benefits package was mediocre, but it highly depends on what position you hold and also what kind of time you commit to the university.

The very very best thing about this job was the pay and the ease of work. There are no benefits but it was very easy to get time off.

Good advisor and it is a grad student work, so there is no benefit package

You are heavily incentivized to use Vanderbilt healthh care providers, and it's nearly impossible to get routine visits in a timely matter

All of the bells and whistles. They have options for nearly any benefit package. I was very impressed by their selection.

There was a selection of plans. Aetna and Bluecross were offered. There is the chance to earn money toward your Healthcare in the Go for the Gold Program. Very helpful selection resources available.

Tuition discount for kids if you have been full-time for a minimum of 5 years. I still get 75% off tuition for kids in college even though they lowered it to 50% for a few years.
