403b is excellent with a 5% match. There are many employee discounts and retailers across town, though honestly I hardly ever used them.
As with other universities, having tuition benefits is always nice.
Standard company perks, retirement plan options, and insurance options - but time-off policies were quite limited. They use a Flex PTO program where sick days and vacation days come out of the same bank, requiring that someone sacrifice vacation time should they find themselves sick for more than they would like.

Overall benefits are great, but will probably become more expensive with the separation from the hospital.
Dependent tuition benefit is a phenomenal offering that could be worth up to $500,000 per employee.
The best thing is the free classes at the Wellness and Recreation center.
