Vanguard really takes care of crew with their benefits package
The best benefit is their 401k. The employer contribution is 14% with 4% match and 10% paid out every quarter. The worst benefit is the healthcare insurance that has switched to high deductible with no other choices.
Vanguard has excellent benefits package that include dental, vison, medical. Also, they have flex fund where you are given certain amount a year for subscriptions, gym membership, education, etc
