Excellent offerings. Vitality program allows discounts toward medical benefits if certain thresholds are met.
They are finally offering HSA accounts - good Vacation is accrued monthly vs a full balance of time at the beginning of each year - worst
Health insurance was very good.
Good overall package if you're single. I pay $100 every pay period for Kaiser's top plan.
Benefit pricing has more than doubled for 2017. Health coverage has changed. In order to receive a discount you must meet with a life coach monthly. Deductibles must be met before coverage begins unless you buy up. You are able to customize what you want but everything is a buy up option. Surcharges are enforced for spousal coverage if they are able to receive their own plan.
The benefit package was outstanding. There was nothing "worst" about it.
They pay 100% of hospital expenses with low cost to employee! Awsome. Better than most Companies. No complaints
Benefits package has changed with employees now picking up a portion of the cost. They also now have options to select from but all are either more expensive or provide less coverage (or both) from what was previously provided.
$100 medical out of pocket and there are NO other co-pays or medicatoin, treatment, or visits.
Benefits are the best around. The company is currently picking up most of the bill. Breakdown per month is as follows: Employee Only = No cost, Employee + 1 = $100/mo and Employee + Family = $200/mo. Annual deductible is $300 and there are no copays for most everything. However, with the rise in healthcare costs the company is looking to change the plan in October 2015. Hopefully, it will be just as good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
