Vanir pays 100% of Dental and Vision benefits for employee + family. They also offer a range of medical benefit plans. Rates are detailed below and are paid twice a month. If you waive medical benefits you receive $50.00 per pay period (twice a month). UMR HDHP ($50 ee only, $100 ee +1, $150 ee + family) Kaiser HDHP ($60 ee only, $120 ee +1, $180 ee + family) Kaiser HMO ($145.50 ee only, $266.60 ee + 1, $406 ee + family). Vanir also offer HSA & FSA accounts and match 401k contributions 100% after your 3rd year.

Pretty standard options, but thankful to be getting subsidized packages from the company. Monthly premiums average around $100-$150 depending on the size of your family, and type of coverage (High deductible plans, PPO, Kaiser, etc)
Costs to employees are very high and benefits are limited. Benefit administrators are disorganized and inconsistent.
Ask for higher salary to compensate out of pocket medical expenses.
Benefits are very expensive! 401k doesn’t start until at least 3 months after start date
