Health insurance and dental insurance was exceptional
The PTO Was great, just hard to get when your one of the only managers in the store.
Employee Discount is great at 40% and the medical dental and vision insurance was very good along with prescription as well
None. Absolutely no benefits that I was aware of. Nobody told me if there were any benefits. My manager never relayed any of that kind of information to me.
I had my first pregnancy when I worked for Vanity, so I was calling the Benefits Specialist ALL OF THE TIME. Seriously, she knew who I was, got so familiar with my situations, and was so patient and kind. She emailed me, mailed me, RE-MAILED me all of the forms I needed....and when I didn't understand what all of the complex stuff meant (insurance reading is NOT for the faint of heart), she cheerfully explained what I needed to know. I made monthly calls to her with a list of questions, no joke. And.....the maternity coverage is ON FLEEK! Seriously, I had more in credit card debt than it cost me (total) to have my baby---and she was in the NICU....and I don't have that much debt :)
I've worked for United Healhcare and Vanity-- so health benefits are well known. They carry BCBS of ND. Not a bad company. Benefits are a deductible of either roughly $1500/ year or $3000/ year (for single) depending on how much you want to pay. They take it out of one check, they don't split it... so that makes it tough. They offer good vision benefits and dental is ok. No major surgeries / wisdom teeth unless it's impacted and covered under medical.
The best part of the benefits package was the discount for the clothing as you needed to keep purchasing clothing in order to stay up-to-date with the fashions the store is selling.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
