Impossible to work get a decent schedule in the Contact Center. After offering hard work, dedication, and loyalty you will have the pleasure of watching all the new hires (who are also the biggest slackers) get the most desired workload and schedules. They will cut your lunch schedules when its busy, instead of asking said slackers to step their game up. To top it all off, you then will have every single time off request unfairly denied, simply because the same lazy coworkers have already requested the whole month off! As if they don't get enough breaks due to the hardest working team members carrying the entire workload! "First come first serve" will be the response if you ask why. What happened to seniority and work ethics? This is where professionalism comes to die, don't let it be your burial place!
