“The health benefits are expensive and are deducted from your paycheck. Also there is a high annual deductible.”
“This is a nice match and liberal plan.”
“Federal holidays, floating holidays (2), 8 hours volunteer, plus weeks PTO. I lost a week when I came here.”
Good 401K Match, ample PTO
I did not get to receive benefits or other perks with the company because I was a contact employee sorry I have no information regarding this
High cost the you as the employee must pay every month from your paycheck. High deductible!
Health insurance, 401k and bonuses for eligible positions.
Good benefits, 401k, Insurance, PTO, etc. Benefits package is good.
they offer PTO time but if you don't use it you lose it. It is hard to take time off
Although you need a magnifying glass with the power of 2 Hubble Telescopes in order to see the size of your Vantiv raise every year, this place does do a decent job, benefits-wise. The PTO is quite generous (22 days) to use however you want (vacation, illness, mental health day off, etc.). There are 7 "core" company holidays to which employees get an additional 3 "floating" holidays you can take whenever you want. That's 32 days off -- more than a month -- each year. Very nice. The only downside is that it's a "use it or lose it" policy as there's no carryover provision to the next year. As a result, the place resembles a ghost town from mid-December through Jan. 1 as people scramble to use up their days before they disappear. Wish the company would allow a small number of carryover days (e.g., 5 days), though. Health, dental, vision, etc. aren't bad at all either, from my perspective. I've paid more in employee contributions at past jobs and I've also paid less. This place is kind of in the middle. Not terrible by any means. Now, about those ridiculously low raises . . .
Vantiv offers very good paid time off benefits. PTO is available at the start of the year and each employee starts with the same amount of PTO with slight increases available as your tenure continues. You don't have to earn PTO - this benefit is one of the major reasons I stay with the company. 401K contributions are matched, which is fantastic. Health benefits are also some of the best I've seen in the area.
401K and stock purchase. Love Flexible Spending
The health insurance had a PPO option and they offer CVS Caremark.
