All time off is rolled into this allotment - sick, family sick, personal and vacation. Hard to plan a vacation and try to anticipate how many days you might need if you or your kids get sick towards the end of the year.

No sick days. You have to use PTO. Cannot work from home if you are sick.

It's stressful to try to manage your time off/sick time because it is all the same. Since we are required to work most weekends, you want to save your time off for the weekends you may need off which leads to you working when you're sick because you don't want to use your PTO. Since sick days take away your vacation time, when it comes down to holidays you often run out of time off.

It would be nice to have separate allotments of Sick, Personal and Vacation Time.

You are given 13 paid days off your first year of employment. This includes sick time and vacation time. You are given one additional day past that. This is a bit limited. Sick time/paid time off/vacation time are all rolled into this.

All full-time employees get 13 days of Paid Time Off each year and even get one additional day added to that every year that they we are with the company. It is the best Paid Time Off benefit that any company has offered to me before.
