You had to insist on seeing the benefit package and only with great resistance would they allow you basic info. If you asked for it they put you on a list as a problem employee and you were first to be reviewed for “fit”. Bottom line if you wanted any benefits you got the door.

Poor coverage with very high employee contribution rates.
Health care costs are very high, the pay is only ok, they offer minimal sick and vacation days. The 401K plan is average.

No where near industry standard. Read the fine print, there are exclusionary clauses for everything. If you don't last a year, regardless of circumstances, you get nothing.
