You get basic training, but you continue to get training and advice the whole time you work there to help you improve.
The training was a three day process in which we go over the booklet and how to prepare for our first demos. It's incredibly insightful and you will gain skills in a short amount of time. The training is not paid so if you have another job I can see how it would be hard to make the time for the training which is required before you are able to start working.
