Companied Paid 100% health insurance. Vacation Days accumulation is slow.
Options for family medical costs are not that good.
Free basic Health care for the employee. It's not good enough for a single income head of household with current health care system in US. It would be nice if at least 1 child can be assisted. Many with good hourly pay can not afford to pay for coverage for spouse and children.
Free medical, low cost dental and vision, life insurance, 401k,
Pro. you can learn a lot. Con. Management can be better
Overall a competitive benefits package. PPO health insurance cost is more than I was used to when working for a large public company. Vector doesn't charge the employee if they use Kaiser (which is pretty good) so that is a positive.
Benefits summary! Health insurance: KP and Anthem free for employee and you have to pay $180 weekly for your family. Dental: Anthem HMO $8 and PPO $16 401K: 10% Sick days: 3. Vacation: 8 days or unemployment insurance %10 per paycheck.
Free coffee. Mediocre healthier coverage. No bonus. No raise. Horrible vehicle/mileage support. Vacation and sick day package are complex and geared for company legal protection.
The benefits a very expensive, especially if you have a family. The time off is strictly monitored to the hour, yet salaried people are expected to put in overtime because "that is the nature of IT".
Decent 401k with match, good health insurance if your single, decent health, vision & dental insurance if you have a family.
