It is a good package when you sum up all the benefits, Medical, Dental, Glasses, 3% 401k, several discounts (att, movies, apple store and other) one weekly lunch, frequent company happy hours, and many other that don't come to mind, and a good work environment.
The company offers limited PTO, but flexible hours mean that you can usually make up work if necessary outside of normal business hours.
They switched to Cigna which is horrible. They match 3.5% of your 401K which is about average, not great. Getting them to pay for school is a hassle and they only cover around $5k.
The best thing is the lunches and social events. The worst thing is that despite working evenings and weekends, comparable leave/flex-time is difficult/impossible.
Food is always around, they buy food for the company about once per week and occasionally more often. Health benefits are good, but are kind of high in terms of the cost to the employee.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
