Good beni's, better than most.
The overall package is decent
The benefits are improving. 401k match up to $3000 and time off to volunteer are great.
Decent insurance, 401k match is very low, overall the benefits are ok but not great, PTO and personal time off both provided.
Good medical benefits, match up to 3k/yr for 401k
When you hire in you get stock options for starters! The other benefits are very good as well. The company is top notch and they appreciate their employees.
Inconsistent. Changes every year to one thing or another. Whether medical, dental or vision or the 401K.
Great healthcare benefits, especially for those with a family. Old 401k plan was bad but a new administrator starts soon. Vacation benefits are a bit lean (2 weeks to start) with minimal holiday days (7 total - 5 less than my last employer). No sabbatical time for long time employees.
50/50 Match on 401k up to $3000 (Which could be much better in overall limit amount), Insurance rocks, but for those with more in-depth types of medications you'll have to meet the $3000 Deducatble out of pocket before full coverage comes into effect (Which can hurt for a few months). Veeam covers all your insurances, from part-time disability to long-term disability, etc; (Very nice). Company has a mental well-being program to help those with issues that they have / might arise and management is very understanding about those type of things (IE Depression and Addiction is treated like a disease and curse)
While Veeam checks many of the boxes you would look for, they are still having to improve benefits that at this point are common to the technology space. For example, Veeam just added paid maternity leave 1 month ago, and there is still no paid paternity leave (just vacation + disability).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
