Average benefits. Profit sharing rule change to unfavor employees almost every year, it is more like performance bonus and not profit sharing. There is no travelling benefits, no per-diem or hardship bonus, and expense reports are a pain. Only economy travel, unlike some company where business travel is permitted if the flight is long.
