Healthcare is finally affordable due to the size of the company. 401k matching is still somewhat weak but improving. Education reimbursement program is useful. Unlimited PTO is becoming standard for the industry and is greatly appreciated. Paid paternity leave is a tremendous help. No diversity program, which needs to change.
