Unlimited PTO, christmas break
Unlimited PTO. If you are a good employee with a good manager, this is golden.
They have no policy which they advertise as unlimited but your lucky to get 10 days a year approved for time off.
FLEX plan, as long as your manager approves, you can take time off. Typically, not an issue from what I've seen, people seem happy with the setup (as am I)
Only got paid time off if you won a stupid office raffle and even then you only earned 2 hours of paid time off. Which means you would have to win it 4 times to get a full day off. You're running your employees into the ground
Flexible policy that works for all employees
Flexible PTO program does allow employees to work with their managers on getting the time off they need. It's not "unlimited" but it is flexible.
They have flexible PTO, which actually means you don't really take PTO, you just work extra when you are available.
Since you do not accrue paid vacation days, you can't take an extended vacation unless you have management buy in that you're doing a good job and deserve time off. It's especially difficult in times like maternity leave when you need that extra pay.
Unlimited, get the job done, take that day off.
