They offer medical, dental, vision, 401K, short/long term disability.
Good 401. All other benefits industry standard.
Good health insurance options, 401K plan, tuition assistance, company events, paid volunteer time off.
The health insurance coverage is top notch. I require more the average doctor visits and prescriptions and I do not have a lot of out of pocket expenses.
The company (Venterra Realty) has a great benefits package. I have no complaints about what they offer benefit wise, and I feel fully compensated.
Venterra offers better than most as far as benefits are concerned. Can't think of any negatives. One of the best I've worked for.
cost could be lower on the family insurance, the jump from single to married is MONSTEROUS
standard health insurance, 401k and vacation/sick time. paid birthday off. The rent discount is only 20% with a mandatory 4% increase every year.
To me, the benefits are not that great. I am still paying a lot out of pocket for simple things for dental.
The vacation and sick time you receive is great, especially as a new employee. They also offer great benefits, and don't make you wait 90 days like most places before you can enroll. You only have to wait 60 days.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
