Our Team-First culture is supported through great training, consistent communication and our outstanding perks & benefit package.
Birthdays off, great insurance, a 401K match, rent discounts, and referral bonuses are just a few of the many ways we're a perky company!
Emplolyees at Venterra also enjoy our educational assistance program, which helps with industry related certification or training costs, our Better Living program which rewards employees for setting and achieving personal life goals, our ongoing contests and much more.
The vacation and sick time you receive is great, especially as a new employee. They also offer great benefits, and don't make you wait 90 days like most places before you can enroll. You only have to wait 60 days.
To me, the benefits are not that great. I am still paying a lot out of pocket for simple things for dental.
As far as I know, this company offer a lot of benefits to all of their employees, even if you are not full time. That is one reasons why I've been working for the company so long.
Venterra offers a competitive health/dental package along with 401K. Premiums are affordable. Insurance begins 60-days after starting work.
There are a few options to choose from. It is very affordable if it is only for yourself. They do not offer paid maternity leave, however.
Excellent Benefits for their employees!!!
The amount of holidays that are paid!
The benefits are really good especially vacation time. New employees are give one week of vacation and 5 days of sick time. Vacation increases with tenure, two weeks of vacation at year 3, and even more time at year seven.
I feel that they are all good.
It's just a joke. The COO keeps praising how good he is at negotiating the rate, but it keeps going up every year and cost over $700 per family. They invented a Healthy Living deal just to benefit people who can't take of themselves. However, if you are not fat, not smoking and not drinking gallons of soda every day, you have no support, no encouragement and have to share the always going up cost of health benefits.
