The best thing is working remotely and the worst thing is not providing insurance for the family

Commission rate if you can close the deals on the first on time out and get referrals. Referral are key to making any real money.

Benefits start after 90 days. Cell phone discount if you buy a new phone through Sprint or TMobile once you mail in all the required forms. At least they provided healthcare...You get two options PPO or HMO both have very high deductibles to meet before you can even take advantage of any savings. Dental plan is almost a toss up when you calculate paying out of pocket. Paid time off is 10 days annually but make sure they accrue your time right on each pay period. They short many employees on this.

Sales Representatives are 1099 employees which gets nothing. No vacation time, no sick day, no 401k, nothing at all.
