Health insurance is just ok, mostly high deductibles. PTO is fantastic. Flexibility to work from home. Training not great as a new employee, takes a long time to understand who is in different departments due to silo structure.
The health plans are too expensive and have high co-pays. They only match up to $2000 for 401k. They have slightly below average maternity leave and no paid paternity leave.
Awful medical and 401k contribution compared to other competing companies. For aquiring almost 50 companies they sure know how to drive people out
Verint provides a comprehensive benefits package consisting of health insurance, 401k, PTO, life insurance, dental and vision insurances. PTO amount is dependent upon tenure but 2 floating holidays are also available each year.
Terrible 401k match - not competitive at all, especially for a software company. Average medical benefits. Good PTO.
Poor 401k match, but great annual leave . Up to 25 days. Health premiums are expensive
Standard benefit package, 21 days PTO
Comprehensive package, good number of choices.
Overall great package with various options.
The best thing about their package is the fact that they do offer benefits. They offered Health, Dental, Vision and 401K along with a few other things
