The health benefits are very expensive. They have come down some, from what they were, but still very expensive compared to other companies their size.

The health insurance is a little high. The company pretty much has low deductible plans and high deductible plans. It all depends on what you are willing to pay for. I will say that the company has tired to make it a little more affordable. Company does listen to the voice of the employees. Veritiv has improved the Bereavement process by adding more family relatives. They have a $5K Scholarship fund, there is a Veritiv Fund that helps when you are going through tough times. We also now have MLK day off and we received and additional floating holiday.
