The variety of benefits is very good although the benefits themselves could be a little more robust. However, they seem to improve a little each year. Medical insurance, 401k, life insurance, PTO, short term/long term disability, paid parental leave all are offered. Some positions offer the ability to work partially remote as well.
Their 401(k) policy is forced-in (unless you opt-out, AFTER they enroll you), and they will OPTIONALLY match it with up to 2% (depending on how they feel about their financial situation). The vision package is somewhat sub-standard, and the healthcare package is PPO high-deductible (one selection -- that or nothing).
1% employer match of 401k and premiums for family health insurance are through the roof
Company events are great and happen frequently. The 401K match is pitiful. The healthcare is ok but good luck affording it with one or two dependents.
