Verizon had one of the best benefit package. If other companies had the same or better benefit package tcompany would be well received and to top it of the their salary.Awesome

The benefits package includes almost anything you could ask for. Everything from profit sharing to exceptional affordable healthcare for your family.

Bonus is never met in recent years. There is a percentage reduction every year since the company is in a loss. Profit share is bare minimum. Less hope for future bonus.
